HTVA has grown and reached new heights because of many dedicated and passionate volunteers.If you are interested in volunteering and helping make a devotee's experience in the temple pleasant and peaceful while serving Swamy, please fill the form below and submit.

Volunteers are mostly needed during weekends, religious holidays and on special event days.Following are some of the opportunities we constantly have a need for volunteers

  • Flower garlands on every alternate saturday at 9AM
  • Temple decoration and stage setup prior to the major events/festivals
  • Cleaning and packing decorations/ornaments after major events/festivals

Principle and guidelines approved by temple Executive Committee for Volunteers.

  • Temple expects and recommends that volunteers be loyal and dedicated to God and Temple.
  • Temple recommends that volunteers be responsible for his/her own safety and all others.
  • Temple expects that volunteers will be courteous to every person in the temple.
  • Temple recommends that volunteers be sincere and follow his/her assigned duties in the temple and notifies if he/she could not attend to his/her duties.
  • Temple recommends that volunteers be flexible and understanding for any possible changes to be made in their schedule due to necessity and unanticipated requirements.
  • Volunteers will be required to work under the guidance of lead volunteers.
  • Temple reserves the right to deny the service of any volunteer's service if it feels necessary due to any unforeseen circumstances.
  • Temple expects volunteers to follow all the general, ethical, cultural and religious guidelines followed in the temple.
  • Temple is not responsible for any accidental or any other injury, disability or loss of belongings within the temple.
  • The Temple management reserves the right to terminate the services of any volunteer if

    (a) The volunteer fails to observe the above guidelines.

    (b) The volunteer’s conduct and behavior are deemed to be detrimental to the principles and policies of the Temple operation.

Volunteering committee chief will contact you by email or phone as and when there is a need.

**Notes: All volunteers will automatically subscribe to the temple newsletter.
